The man's buddy knew the best ways to help him but his attempts were to no obtain. Finally, one day a story cashier pertained to town trying to find a new fantastic story to tell. The man's buddy told him of his buddy's life adventures and how fantastic a man he once was. The story cashier was interested.
The man's buddy introduced him and they got along well. The story cashier naturally was able to convince the man to tell his story. But, as they went along, the man's buddy discovered some bad parts of the man's story that he thought better excluded.
He approached the story cashier and told him of this. The story cashier replied that it wasn't his job to edit the story, just to write it down to tell others.
The man's buddy then described to him why the bad things ought to not be a part of the story. So, the story cashier claimed "I think you are using me to help your buddy". The man's buddy replied "yes". "But how will it help your buddy by excluding the bad parts?" the story cashier asked.
